In 2023, Heffernan Insurance Brokers commemorated its 35th anniversary with a successful gala in San Francisco, raising $2.5 million to benefit the Foundation. The event, attended by nearly two thousand people, allocated a portion of the funds to five chosen nonprofits while bolstering the Foundation’s endowment to an impressive $9,555,270. With growing contributions from Heffernan Group employees and a focus on education, the Foundation extended its support through scholarships and partnerships with organizations like College Track. Looking forward to 2024, Heffernan aims to expand fundraising efforts and enhance the endowment, acknowledging the vital role of sponsors and donors in their mission to enact positive change.
